Application of energy consumption system in chain catering industry in Malaysia
1.背景信(xìn)息 Background
針(zhēn)對連(lián)鎖餐飲業能耗(hào)高(gāo)且(qiě)能(néng)源管(guǎn)理(lǐ)不合(hé)理的問題(tí),利用計算(suàn)機網絡(luò)技(jì)術,通(tōng)訊技術(shù),計(jì)量(liáng)控製技(jì)術等(děng)信息(xī)化技術(shù),實現(xiàn)能源資源分(fēn)類分項計(jì)量和(hé)能(néng)源資源運(yùn)行監管功能,清晰描述各分店(diàn)總(zǒng)的(dí)用能(néng)現狀;實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)各(gè)供(gōng)電回(huí)路(lù)的(dí)電(diàn)壓,電流和功(gōng)率(shuài)等電(diàn)力(lì)參數,識別(bié)有效負荷與無效能耗(hào),從而(ér)可通(tōng)過(guò)技(jì)術實現合(hé)理節能。
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and unreasonable energy management in the chain catering industry, information technologies such as computer network technology, communication technology and measurement and control technology are used to realize the function of energy resource classification and sub-metering and energy resource operation supervision, and clearly describe the overall energy use status of each branch.
Real-time monitoring of the voltage, current, power and other power parameters of each power supply circuit to identify the effective load and invalid energy consumption, so as to achieve effective energy-saving through technology.

本項目(mù)為(wéi)Abbaco Controls Sdn Bhd針對本地(dì)連(lián)鎖餐(cān)飲業50個分(fēn)店(diàn),共200個(gè)用電回(huí)路進行(háng)能耗信(xìn)息(xī)采(cǎi)集(jí),希望通過(guò)安科(kē)瑞能耗(hào)係統解(jiě)決基(jī)礎(chǔ)能耗(hào)數(shù)據(jù)的智(zhì)能化,自(zì)動(dòng)化,可視化,可(kě)量化的收集與(yǔ)存儲,從而(ér)降(jiàng)低能源(yuán)使(shǐ)用費用(yòng)。
This project is designed for Abbaco Controls Sdn Bhd to collect energy consumption information for a total of 200 electrical circuits in 50 branches of the local chain catering industry. It hopes to solve the intelligent, automatic, visual and quantifiable collection and storage of basic energy consumption data through Acrel Energy Consumption system, so as to reduce the energy use cost.
3.係統架構 Structure
安(ān)科(kē)瑞(ruì)Acrel-5000能耗(hào)分(fēn)析管理(lǐ)係統(tǒng)以(yǐ)工作站主(zhǔ)機(jī),通訊設(shè)備,測控單元為(wéi)基本工具(jù),為大型公共(gòng)建築(zhù)的實時數據采(cǎi)集及遠(yuǎn)程管理提供(gōng)了基(jī)礎(chǔ)平(píng)台,它(tā)可(kě)以和(hé)其(qí)他(tā)樓(lóu)宇自(zì)動化係統進行數據轉發構(gòu)成復雜的監(jiān)控係統。該能(néng)耗(hào)係統(tǒng)主要采(cǎi)用分(fēn)層(céng)分布式(shì)計算機網(wǎng)絡結構,如係統結構(gòu)圖(tú)所示(shì):
Acrel-5000 energy consumption analysis and management system takes workstation host machine, communication equipment and measurement and control unit as basic tools, and provides a basic platform for real-time data collection and remote management of large public buildings. It can transmit data with other building automation systems to form a complex monitoring system.

通過係統(tǒng)主(zhǔ)界麵(miàn)可以(yǐ)反映各分店用能各分類(lèi)能耗和(hé)折算(suàn)為標準煤的(dí)綜合能耗,並計算單位(wèi)麵(miàn)積(jī)能(néng)耗。
The main interface of the system can reflect the energy consumption of each branch and the comprehensive energy consumption converted into standard coal, and calculate the energy consumption per unit area.

4.2分項用電數據(jù)統計 Itemized electricity consumption data statistics
將電耗進行逐(zhú)時,逐日,逐月(yuè),逐年(nián)統(tǒng)計(jì)。統(tǒng)計(jì)數據(jù)采用(yòng)餅圖(tú),柱狀(zhuàng)圖,綫(xiàn)圖(tú),區域(yù)圖(tú)等各(gè)種圖(tú)形展(zhǎn)示(shì)方式,直觀反映(yìng)各項統計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的(dí)數值(zhí),趨(qū)勢和(hé)分(fēn)布情(qíng)況(kuàng)。
The system makes hourly, daily, month-by-month and year-by-year statistics of power consumption.The statistical data are presented by pie chart, bar chart, line chart, area chart and other graphics, which can directly reflect the value, trend and distribution of various statistical data.

4.3用電支路(lù)趨勢分析 Trend analysis of branch circuit
統(tǒng)計(jì)各區域,各設備(bèi)電(diàn)能消耗,準確定(dìng)位用電消耗回(huí)路,製(zhì)定節能(néng)績效(xiào)考(kǎo)核製度(dù),推(tuī)動節(jié)能(néng)降耗的合理執(zhí)行。為用(yòng)能設備建立運(yùn)行(háng)記錄(lù)檔案(àn),長期跟蹤記錄(lù)設備(bèi)運(yùn)行過(guò)程(chéng)中的能效分(fēn)析評估結(jié)果,結合設備維(wéi)護(hù)保養記(jì)錄,為設備的(dí)運行維(wéi)護提供依據(jù)。

4.4能耗數據同環比分析(xī) Comparative analysis of energy consumption data
將(jiāng)各(gè)種類(lèi)型(xíng)和(hé)各主要(yào)耗能設備(bèi)的能(néng)耗(hào)與(yǔ)去(qù)年(nián)同(tóng)期(qī)值和上月值進(jìn)行同比環比分(fēn)析,檢驗節(jié)能(néng)效(xiào)果,根(gēn)據分析結果執行(háng)節能績效(xiào)考核,以及節能目標(biāo)的(dí)修(xiū)正(zhèng)。
The energy consumption of various types and major energy-consuming equipment was analyzed on a year-on-year basis with the values of the same period last year and the values of the last month, and the energy-saving effect was tested. 4.5能耗數據分(fēn)時統(tǒng)計(jì) Time-division statistics of energy consumption data
將能源(yuán)類型(xíng),負(fù)載(zǎi)類型(xíng),區域能耗按照時(shí)間區(qū)分,按時(shí),天(tiān),月,年,工(gōng)作日,非(fēi)工作(zuò)日(rì)等(děng)對(duì)用能數據進(jìn)行(háng)對(duì)比分析,掌(zhǎng)握能源(yuán)具(jù)體消(xiāo)耗(hào)情況。可(kě)將(jiāng)每(měi)天用能按時段設(shè)置(zhì)峰,平,穀(gǔ),統計各時段(duàn)能耗(hào),降低閒(xián)時能耗。

通(tōng)過高(gāo)精(jīng)度(dù)智能儀(yí)表(biǎo)以(yǐ)技(jì)術(shù)手段(duàn)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化全(quán)實(shí)時(shí),高密度的實(shí)時用(yòng)能監測,減(jiǎn)少用(yòng)能(néng)的(dí)計(jì)量(liáng)誤差(chà)。實時(shí)監視現場儀表的回(huí)傳數據(jù),對(duì)電(diàn)能進(jìn)行(háng)合(hé)理的管控和(hé)預警(jǐng),及(jí)時發(fā)現(xiàn)並改正(zhèng)運(yùn)行(háng)中(zhōng)存(cún)在的用電異(yì)常(cháng),隨時(shí)處(chǔ)理(lǐ)。按(àn)需設(shè)置重(zhòng)要設(shè)備(bèi)的超(chāo)標(biāo)預警值,超標時(shí)醒(xǐng)目(mù)提(tí)醒並主(zhǔ)動記錄。
Automatic real-time and high-density real-time energy-using monitoring can be realized by high-precision intelligent instrument with technical means to reduce the measurement error of energy-using.
Monitor the back data of the field instruments in real time, control and warn the electric energy reasonably, find and correct the abnormal electricity in the operation in time, and deal with it at any time.
The warning value of exceeding the standard of important equipment is set as required. When exceeding the standard, it should be reminded and recorded actively.

能耗管理(lǐ)係統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用(yòng),不(bù)但能(néng)減(jiǎn)輕(qīng)相關人(rén)員(yuán)的工作負擔(dān),提高工作效(xiào)率(shuài),而(ér)且直觀的(dí)統(tǒng)計(jì)分(fēn)析(xī)結果(guǒ)更(gēng)能(néng)合理地(dì)幫助管理(lǐ)者根據能(néng)耗能(néng)源損(sǔn)耗情(qíng)況(kuàng),做出正(zhèng)確的(dí)分(fēn)析,對提高(gāo)公共建築能耗(hào)係統的(dí)利用(yòng)率,實現建築(zhù)能耗(hào)係統(tǒng)的功能(néng)具(jù)有重要意(yì)義。
Application of energy management system can not only reduce the workload of relevant personnel, improve the work efficiency, and statistical analysis of intuitive results can help managers more effectively according to the energy consumption of the energy loss situation, the analysis properly, to improve the utilization rate of public building energy consumption system, realize the functions of the system of building energy consumption is of great significance.
