Application of Wireless Temperature Measurement Products in a Power Distribution Project in a Factory in the Philippines
摘要(yào):配電(diàn)係統是由多(duō)種配(pèi)電設備和配電(diàn)設施(shī)所(suǒ)組成(chéng)的變(biàn)換(huàn)電壓和(hé)直接(jiē)向(xiàng)終端用戶分配(pèi)電能(néng)的(dí)一(yī)個(gè)電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)係(xì)統。由於(yú)配電係統作為(wéi)電(diàn)力(lì)係統(tǒng)的一個環節(jié)直接麵向終端用(yòng)戶,它的(dí)*與(yǔ)否直接(jiē)關係(xì)著廣大(dà)用戶的用(yòng)電可(kě)靠性和用電質(zhì)量,因而在(zài)電力係統中具(jù)有重要的地位。因(yīn)此,為避免(miǎn)因溫度高(gāo),導(dǎo)致設備(bèi)老(lǎo)化,設備燒(shāo)壞(huài),供(gōng)電中斷,一次(cì)設備(bèi)起火爆炸等(děng)嚴(yán)重事故(gù),對各電(diàn)氣節點進(jìn)行長(cháng)期的(dí)溫(wēn)度(dù)監測能(néng)避(bì)免因嚴重(zhòng)故(gù)障,造成用(yòng)戶的(dí)人身傷害(hài)及經濟損(sǔn)失。
Abstract: The power distribution system is a power network system that is composed of a variety of power distribution equipment and power distribution facilities to transform voltage and directly distribute electrical energy to end users. As a part of the power system, the power distribution system directly faces end users, and its perfection directly affects the reliability and quality of power consumption of the majority of users, so it has an important position in the power system. Therefore, in order to avoid serious accidents such as equipment aging, equipment burnout, power supply interruption, fire and explosion of equipment due to high temperature, long-term temperature monitoring of each electrical node can avoid serious failures that may cause personal injury and economic loss to users.

本(běn)項(xiàng)目為菲(fēi)律(lǜ)賓(bīn)某(mǒu)工(gōng)廠(chǎng)配(pèi)電項目(mù),應(yīng)用在32kV的(dí)配(pèi)電櫃中(zhōng),需要配置(zhì)無綫測溫(wēn)產(chǎn)品,實現(xiàn)安全(quán)溫度監測。傳(chuán)感(gǎn)器工作環(huán)境(jìng)溫度(dù)滿足-50℃到(dào)+125℃需求(qiú),選(xuǎn)擇(zé)我(wǒ)司(sī)ATE400型CT感應取(qǔ)電式傳(chuán)感器(qì),並且采用(yòng)ATC400收發(fā)器來(lái)連(lián)接顯(xiǎn)示裝置。出(chū)於安全和經(jīng)濟效(xiào)益考慮,建議(yì)在(zài)配電(diàn)室(shì)各(gè)電(diàn)氣節點(diǎn)進(jìn)行溫度(dù)實(shí)時監測。
This project is a power distribution project in a factory in the Philippines. It is used in a 32kV power distribution cabinet and needs to be equipped with wireless temperature measurement products to achieve safe temperature monitoring. The working environment temperature of the sensor meets the requirement of -50℃ to +125℃. Choose our ATE400 CT induction power sensor, and use the ATC400 transceiver to connect the temperature display device.
