 Application of Acrel RF card prepaid system in Uganda

摘要：預(yù)付費射頻卡(qiǎ)售(shòu)電(diàn)管理(lǐ)係統(tǒng)是(shì)一種(zhǒng)先交(jiāo)費(fèi)後(hòu)用電(diàn)的收費管理(lǐ)軟(ruǎn)件，采(cǎi)用射頻(pín)卡作為(wéi)用戶和(hé)供電部(bù)門中(zhōng)間進行一(yī)對(duì)一(yī)購售電信息(xī)傳(chuán)輸(shū)的(dí)介質(zhì)，完(wán)成電(diàn)能表參(cān)數(shù)設置(zhì)，售電(diàn)管理及用電管理工作(zuò)。Absrtact: the prepaid RF card power sale management system is a kind of charge management software which uses the radio frequency card as the medium for one-to-one power purchase and sale information transmission between the user and the power supply department.

烏(wū)幹(gān)達馬(mǎ)薩卡市(shì)場需要(yào)一套(tào)預付費係統方(fāng)便管(guǎn)理和收(shōu)取租戶的(dí)用電費(fèi)用(yòng)，客戶(hù)多方麵(miàn)對(duì)比後，發(fā)現我司係統操作簡單(dān)，使(shǐ)用方(fāng)便(biàn)，且易於(yú)安裝，決定采用安科瑞預付費(fèi)售(shòu)電係(xì)統。

Uganda's Masaca market needs a set of prepaid system to charge and manage tenants. After comparing various aspects of several suppliers, it is found that our system is simple to operate, convenient to use and easy to install.So the client decides to use Acrel prepaid power sales system.

預付費(fèi)射(shè)頻(pín)卡(qiǎ)售(shòu)電管理(lǐ)係統的(dí)業務(wù)流程是(shì)：首(shǒu)先(xiān)給用戶(hù)安(ān)裝電(diàn)能表，然(rán)後(hòu)用戶到營業網點申請開(kāi)戶，再次(cì)營(yíng)業員根(gēn)據用戶信息開(kāi)戶辦(bàn)卡，同時(shí)可(kě)以辦理交(jiāo)款售電(diàn)，用戶(hù)帶(dài)回(huí)售電卡(qiǎ)往電能(néng)表(biǎo)刷(shuā)卡。

The business process of the prepaid radio frequency card electricity sales management system is: first install an electric energy meter for the user, then the user applies for an account opening at the business outlet, and then the sales person opens an account and card based on the user information, and at the same time, the user can handle the payment and sale of electricity, and the user can bring the RF card back and charge the energy meter.
