ACREL ASJ earth leakage relay’s Application in Philippine mine
摘要(yào):對電(diàn)氣(qì)綫路進行(háng)接地故障(zhàng)保護,方式接地故(gù)障(zhàng)電流(liú)引起(qǐ)的設(shè)備(bèi)和電(diàn)氣(qì)火(huǒ)災事故(gù)越(yuè)來越成為日(rì)常(cháng)所(suǒ)需。針(zhēn)對(duì)用戶側主(zhǔ)要的用(yòng)能節(jié)點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)安(ān)裝剩餘電(diàn)流繼電(diàn)器,實時監(jiān)控各用能(néng)回路的剩餘電流(liú)狀態。通過(guò)實時(shí)監控(kòng)用(yòng)能以及相(xiāng)關(guān)電(diàn)力參(cān)數(shù),提高(gāo)用(yòng)能(néng)安全,可(kě)靠及維護(hù)效(xiào)率,降低維護的人(rén)工成本,實現(xiàn)了對剩(shèng)餘(yú)電流(liú)監(jiān)控的(dí)無人(rén)值守(shǒu)。通過用能(néng)的實時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),數據的采集(jí)及(jí)報(bào)警,監測(cè)配(pèi)電係(xì)統(tǒng)中剩餘電流(liú),為用戶(hù)電(diàn)氣(qì)綫路接地故(gù)障保護,防範剩餘(yú)電流導致的(dí)火災(zāi)事故和人(rén)員觸電事(shì)故(gù)提(tí)供(gōng)保(bǎo)障(zhàng)。現(xiàn)就(jiù)我司(sī)ASJ型(xíng)剩(shèng)餘電(diàn)流(liú)繼電器在馬爾代(dài)夫環(huán)島水上排屋項(xiàng)目的應用(yòng)做一(yī)簡(jiǎn)要(yào)介紹(shào)。
Abstract: Ground fault protection for electrical circuits, equipment and electrical fire accidents caused by ground fault currents are increasingly becoming a daily necessity. For the main energy-consuming nodes on the user side, a residual current relay is designed and installed to monitor the residual current status of each energy-using circuit in real time. Through real-time monitoring of energy use and related power parameters, the safety, reliability and maintenance efficiency of energy use are improved, the labor cost of maintenance is reduced, and the unattended monitoring of residual current is realized. Through the real-time monitoring of energy use, data collection and alarm, the residual current in the power distribution system is monitored, and the ground fault protection of the user's electrical circuit is provided to prevent fire accidents and personal electric shock accidents caused by residual current. Here is a brief introduction to the application of our company's ASJ earth leakage relay in the Philippine mine.

Acrel ASJ10-LD1A with residual current transformer, successfully solve the customer's on-site residual current monitoring requirements. Due to the large current on site, we have communicated for many times on the selection of residual current transformer, and selected the most appropriate residual current transformer for the customer based on copper bar and current specifications.

ASJ係列剩餘電流繼電(diàn)器集綫路過電壓,欠(qiàn)電(diàn)壓保(bǎo)護(hù)功能和綫(xiàn)路(lù)正常電壓自(zì)動延(yán)時復(fù)位功能。該產品主要應用(yòng)於住宅分戶箱(xiāng)進(jìn)綫或(huò)單相(xiāng)或三(sān)相用電(diàn)設(shè)備(bèi)配電(diàn)綫路(lù)的保(bǎo)護,產品(pǐn)體積小,精度(dù)高,結構(gòu)緊湊,安裝(zhuāng)方(fāng)便,是民(mín)用建築領域(yù)中(zhōng)的安全保護裝置(zhì)。
