：對電(diàn)氣(qì)綫路進行(háng)接地故障(zhàng)保護，方式接地故(gù)障(zhàng)電流(liú)引起(qǐ)的設(shè)備(bèi)和電(diàn)氣(qì)火(huǒ)災事故(gù)越(yuè)來越成為日(rì)常(cháng)所(suǒ)需。針(zhēn)對(duì)用戶側主(zhǔ)要的用(yòng)能節(jié)點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)安(ān)裝剩餘電(diàn)流繼電(diàn)器，實時監(jiān)控各用能(néng)回路的剩餘電流(liú)狀態。通過(guò)實時(shí)監控(kòng)用(yòng)能以及相(xiāng)關(guān)電(diàn)力參(cān)數(shù)，提高(gāo)用(yòng)能(néng)安全，可(kě)靠及維護(hù)效(xiào)率，降低維護的人(rén)工成本，實現(xiàn)了對剩(shèng)餘(yú)電流(liú)監(jiān)控的(dí)無人(rén)值守(shǒu)。通過用能(néng)的實時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)，數據的采集(jí)及(jí)報(bào)警，監測(cè)配(pèi)電係(xì)統(tǒng)中剩餘電流(liú)，為用戶(hù)電(diàn)氣(qì)綫路接地故(gù)障保護，防範剩餘(yú)電流導致的(dí)火災(zāi)事故和人(rén)員觸電事(shì)故(gù)提(tí)供(gōng)保(bǎo)障(zhàng)。現(xiàn)就(jiù)我司(sī)ASJ型(xíng)剩(shèng)餘電(diàn)流(liú)繼電器在馬爾代(dài)夫環(huán)島水上排屋項(xiàng)目的應用(yòng)做一(yī)簡(jiǎn)要(yào)介紹(shào)。

Abstract: Ground fault protection for electrical circuits, equipment and electrical fire accidents caused by ground fault currents are increasingly becoming a daily necessity. For the main energy-consuming nodes on the user side, a residual current relay is designed and installed to monitor the residual current status of each energy-using circuit in real time. Through real-time monitoring of energy use and related power parameters, the safety, reliability and maintenance efficiency of energy use are improved, the labor cost of maintenance is reduced, and the unattended monitoring of residual current is realized. Through the real-time monitoring of energy use, data collection and alarm, the residual current in the power distribution system is monitored, and the ground fault protection of the user's electrical circuit is provided to prevent fire accidents and personal electric shock accidents caused by residual current. Here is a brief introduction to the application of our company's ASJ earth leakage relay in the Philippine mine.

該礦(kuàng)廠位(wèi)於菲律(lǜ)賓，由於電(diàn)流很(hěn)大(dà)，礦廠用(yòng)電(diàn)情(qíng)況(kuàng)特(tè)殊，客戶希望通過(guò)在配電(diàn)櫃(guì)內(nèi)安裝剩餘(yú)電流(liú)繼(jì)電器來監(jiān)測(cè)綫路剩餘(yú)電(diàn)流，並且(qiě)希(xī)望可(kě)以在顯示麵(miàn)板(bǎn)上顯(xiǎn)示實(shí)時監(jiān)測的(dí)剩餘(yú)電流(liú)值(zhí)與其(qí)設定的剩餘電流(liú)值(zhí)之比值，在此比值達到80%時剩餘電流(liú)繼(jì)電器(qì)能立即報警。安科瑞ASJ10-LD1A配(pèi)合剩餘(yú)電流互感(gǎn)器(qì)，成(chéng)功地解(jiě)決了(liǎo)客(kè)戶(hù)現場(cháng)剩(shèng)餘電流監控需求(qiú)。由(yóu)於現場電(diàn)流很大，所(suǒ)以(yǐ)在(zài)剩(shèng)餘電(diàn)流互感器的(dí)選擇(zé)上，我們(mén)進行了(liǎo)多次溝通(tōng)，通過銅排(pái)以(yǐ)及電(diàn)流(liú)規格給(gěi)客戶(hù)選定(dìng)了(liǎo)較合適的(dí)剩餘電流(liú)互(hù)感器。

The mine factory is located in the Philippines, because the current is very big, electricity supply for mine is special , customers hope that through in the power distribution ark installation of residual current relay to residual current monitoring line, and hope that can be displayed on the display panel real-time monitoring of residual current value rather than setting the ratio of residual current value, the ratio can reach 80% when the residual current relay immediately report . Acrel ASJ10-LD1A with residual current transformer, successfully solve the customer's on-site residual current monitoring requirements. Due to the large current on site, we have communicated for many times on the selection of residual current transformer, and selected the most appropriate residual current transformer for the customer based on copper bar and current specifications.

ASJ 係(xì)列(liè)剩餘(yú)電流動作繼電(diàn)器(qì)可與低壓(yā)斷路器(qì)或低(dī)壓接觸器等組成組合式剩(shèng)餘電(diàn)流(liú)保護裝置(zhì)，主(zhǔ)要適(shì)用於交(jiāo)流 50Hz，額(é)定(dìng)電(diàn)壓(yā) 400V 及以下的 TT 和 TN 係(xì)統(tǒng)配(pèi)電(diàn)綫路，用(yòng)來(lái)對電氣綫路(lù)進行接(jiē)地(dì)故障(zhàng)保護(hù)，防(fáng)止(zhǐ)接(jiē)地故(gù)障電(diàn)流引(yǐn)起(qǐ)的設備(bèi)損壞和(hé)電氣火災(zāi)事故(gù)，也可(kě)用來(lái)對人身觸(chù)電(diàn)危(wēi)險提供(gōng)間(jiān)接接(jiē)觸(chù)保護。
